Our house is located at 1100 m above sea level and offers you a fantastic view of the Ramsau and Berchtesgaden Alps. Surrounded by meadows and forests, we offer peace and quiet to all those seeking relaxation. Allergy and asthma sufferers can feel comfortable with us. Ideal starting point for walks and mountain tours. We are a Vital-Nature-Experience-Host and offer you a free daily leisure program.

Our vacation apartment "Schmuckenstein" has a large winter garden as well as a small east balcony with a wonderful view of meadows, forests and the surrounding mountains. In the bedroom there are three beds. The apartment is 55 square meters. In the living room there is an eat-in kitchen from which you have access to the east-facing winter garden. Enjoy breakfast in any weather with a view of the impressive mountain panorama. A special experience are thunderstorms or snowstorms, which they can witness there very closely, but safely in the dry. In addition, the apartment is equipped with dining area, couch, refrigerator, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, dishes, cable TV, telephone and WLAN.

The above prices are plus spa tax of €3.10 for adults, €1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and €0.00 for children 0-6 years per person per day of stay. (subject to change)
