Switch off, relax, enjoy and recharge your batteries / you can do that with us. We are very anxious to make your stay in our vacation apartment in the mountain village Ramsau as pleasant as possible. Our house is located in the Hochschwarzeck, above the Ramsau valley at an altitude of about 900 meters. It offers an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the Berchtesgaden National Park. The surrounding balcony belongs to the vacation apartment. (Balcony furniture is available.) Breakfast on the balcony in the beautiful morning sun with a direct view of the Watzmann - you can do that at home with us! The parking lot is directly at the house. An internet connection via WLAN is available free of charge in the vacation apartment. Cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes horse are available. Bed linen, towels etc. and final cleaning are free of charge.

In the living room of the apartment a cozy sitting area and a new pull-out couch (no sofa bed for adults) invites you to linger. In the generously equipped kitchen you will find a 4-plate stove with oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a capsule machine, a Bialetti espresso maker, a bread maker, a microwave, a kettle, an egg stove, pots, pans. Flat screen TV (satellite TV), WLAN and a hi-fi system (radio-CD-MP3 with USB), Bluetooth speakers, WLAN plug-in radio are ready for you. In the cupboards there is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses to set the table nicely. In the new bedroom you can really relax in a box spring bed - with oversize comforters. In the large wardrobe there is a safe for your valuables. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and towels, which will be changed once during a 1-week stay.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (subject to change)
