Dear guests, we would like to welcome you to the "Kaspernlehen". We, that is Katharina and Anton Leitner. We have taken over the family property "Kaspernlehen" and made it our business to renovate this little jewel box for you and for us to an absolute feel-good place and with many small details. In our two freshly for you completely renovated 5 star vacation apartments "Hochkalter" and "Steinberg" (attic with exposed roof truss) you can let your soul dangle and enjoy the vacation, surrounded by the fascinating mountain world and wonderful nature, from the first minute. The apartments are equipped in the bedroom and living room with an oak wood floor, which together with a mineral wall plaster and allergy wall paint creates an optimal indoor climate. The bathroom is characterized by modern Italian tiles. Underfloor heating. Non-smoking apartments - smoking on the balcony is allowed. In the basement you will find a washing machine incl. detergent and dryer for use for a fee, ironing board and iron can be used free of charge. The parking lot is signposted and reserved especially for you. South-facing balcony. Likewise, we provide you with a locked space for bicycles, skis or the like.

USB connection, indirect lighting for a cozy evening, automatic under-bed lighting, small flat-screen TV with cable connection, closet with safe, full-length mirror.Bathroom: ground level rain shower, cosmetic mirror and as a small gift soap, file and shower cap.Kitchen/Living room: fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils such as pans, pots, cutlery, sieves and much more. - convince yourself. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa or in the reading chair. Here, too, we have made sure that you will find what we ourselves need for daily use in the kitchen and in all other rooms. Throughout the living room and kitchen, we have again placed great emphasis on indirect and cozy lighting. Here you will find a large flat screen TV with cable connection, as well as a digital radio. You can also play your own music via a JBL Bluetooth box.

Conditions and extras
The prices mentioned are plus spa tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youth from 7 - 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay(subject to change).Pets on request - per day 10,00 €.
