Historic rooms with new flair.Living in a historic mountain farm. The Karnerlehen from the year 1389 we have renovated with much passion. Two completely new designed vacation apartments made of our own wood and local natural materials for a healthy living climate.

Immerse yourself in our lovely natural world. On a size of 50 sqm you will find the most modern comfort. The non-smoking vacation apartment "Lenzi" has a spacious terrace with a view of the Watzmann, local wood custom-made furniture and tasteful fabrics give "Him" that certain something. The bathroom with underfloor heating, large walk-in shower and towel warmer merges into the romantic all-wood bedroom with beds in comfort height. The kitchen is handmade from mountain della hardwood with mountain views while cooking! The Jagerstüberl captivates with traditional furnishings, a cozy seating area and a sofa to relax.
