Built in 1387, the Pletzerlehen is a contemporary witness of the first wave of settlements in the Berchtesgadener Land. In the years 2016 to 2018, the Pletzerlehen was modernized and redesigned from the ground up. In the course of this, the vacation apartments were also built to the latest standard and an elevator was installed. The original farmhouse parlor from 1748 could be preserved in its original condition and now serves as a cozy lounge and conference room. The vacation apartment ALPENZAUBER offers with antique artifacts and historical pictures a small insight into the original way of life on an Upper Bavarian farm. Let yourself be enchanted by the nostalgia! Of course, you still don't have to do without the upscale comfort of a vacation home according to the latest standards. Box spring beds in the bedrooms, separate bathrooms with bathtub, a spacious living area with private south-facing balcony and fully equipped fitted kitchen leave nothing to be desired and invite you to linger. On 80 sqm of living space you will enjoy your vacation from the first to the last day. The use of natural materials such as chopped, moon beaten wood or natural stone are a tribute to old times and result in a friendly and pleasant indoor climate. The spacious living area with flat-screen TV brings relaxation even in uncomfortable weather. If you want it even more rustic, you can also rent the former bee house with its own wood stove for a game night or a birthday party. Just talk to us, we are happy to help you with advice and action. For occupancy with two persons, one bedroom is at your disposal, the second bedroom can be shared for an extra charge. An extra bed is available on request from the landlord.

Conditions and extras
We kindly ask you for a deposit of 50% of the total price within 7 days to our account IBAN: DE19 7109 0000 0003 410021 - BIC: GENODEF1BGL indicating the date of arrival and the booking number. The deposit will not be refunded or credited even in case of no-show, cancellation or withdrawal by the guest. The booking price does not include travel insurance, so we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 to 6 years of age per person and day of stay (subject to change).
