Historic rooms with new flair.Living in a historic mountain farm. The Karnerlehen from the year 1389 we have renovated with much passion. Two completely new designed vacation apartments made of our own wood and local natural materials for a healthy living climate.

The Beda impresses with its clear, open form and the natural materials of the traditional construction with old wood. Here you will find a place to relax with unforgettable views of the surrounding panorama of the Ramsau National Park. The Beda is equipped with all comforts on 60 sqm. The open living-dining area with corner bench, kitchen and cozy sleeping divan guarantees a cozy time.
