Our house is located on the sunny side of the Ramsau mountains with a view to the Watzmann. Good car access with own parking lot. On our terrace you can have a good breakfast and enjoy the sun.

Our newly renovated non-smoking apartment is located on the first floor and has a living / bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and internet radio.Our apartment also offers a washer-dryer and a bathroom with shower and toilet.The apartment has small terrace with mountain views in front of the apartment. Several seating areas are available.
