Description

Our well-kept farm is located in a quiet secluded location with magnificent mountain views at the foot of the Watzmann and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours in the National Park or simply a stroll through the village center of Ramsau. Our guests can expect a family-friendly atmosphere. A wonderful sun terrace with sunbathing lawn, children's playground and barbecue area are waiting for you. In winter there is enough space to build snow castles or to let off steam in a snowball fight. The slope in front of the house is ideal for tobogganing or to master the first attempts on skis a paradise for you and your whole family.

This has about 65 square meters. It is close to our heart to use mainly natural materials such as old wood from our own alpine pasture, natural wood floors, linen and felt. In the living room there is a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, large sofa bed for 2 people and access to your own balcony. The modern designed living-dining area is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, ceramic hob , oven, coffee maker, coffee pods machine... For a restful sleep, provides the processed old wood, in the separate bedroom. The spacious modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The private cozy balcony offers you the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of € 3.10 for adults, € 1.55 for children / youth from 7 to 16 years of age and € 0.00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person per day of stay. (subject to change)
