Our cozy family pension is located in a sunny location with a magnificent view of the mountains of the Ramsau valley.Our rooms are very comfortable and lovingly furnished. A large lounge and a rich breakfast buffet await you in addition, an infrared cabin is available to our guests free of charge. Sunbathing lawn,gazebo and children's playground in front of the house.A charging station for electric cars is available to our guests. Best starting point for hikes. Ideal for families. Our exclusive flat is 45 sqm and suitable for up to three people. The kitchen is equipped with cooker (Ceran), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, egg boiler, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.In the kitchen there is a dining area, an extra bed (0.90mx2.00m) and a TV. In the bedroom there is a double bed, bathroom/WC, TV and access to the balcony. Internet access via WLAN is available free of charge.
Breakfast can be booked in addition. Otherwise we also offer a bread roll service.

Conditions and extras
The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/youth from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay. (Subject to change) A charging station for electric cars is available to our guests.
