Holiday apartment Mayer to the south of Berlin
Our one-room apartment and two-room apartment (classified as 4-star by DTV) in Rangsdorf, with their proximity to Berlin and accessed along the well-developed B96 national road, the direct A10 connection on the southern Berlin ring road, are very centrally located for all further places of interest in and around Berlin, Potsdam and many nearby lakes. The Rangsdorf train station (600m) also provides good connections to regional trains, S-Bahn and the underground and is within transport zone C. So you can explore Berlin with an ABC day ticket. Trip destination no. 1 is the lake Rangsdorfer See just 400 metres away and the 15-kilometre-long walking path along the lake, with a children’s playground, gastronomy, bowling, boat hire in the summer and ice skating in winter. The lake is also popular among surfers, sailors and ice sailors, depending on the season.
The apartment has a south-facing balcony with outdoor stairs. You can use a car parking space on site. The sunny one-room non-smoking apartment of around 30m² can accommodate three people and a baby. The living room/bedroom has a double cupboard bed (160 x 200cm, slatted frame and mattress), which can be folded away during the day, ensuring ample space. The sofa bed can be folded out to a bed measuring 115 x 210cm. It is also possible to set up a further bed frame with a mattress or a cot. The shower room/WC is tiled and has under-floor heating. The living room/bedroom and the hallway are laid with laminate. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Free wireless Internet access is available.
