In the spacious two-room mansard flat (2nd floor), we have paid particular attention to comfort and cosiness. With 67 m², the flat offers enough space for 2-4 people. The coordinated furnishings in country house style, as well as the lovely decoration and the exposed roof truss with gable glazing make the flat particularly cosy and invite you to relax. From the balcony you have a view to the east towards the Walmberg mountain and the village. It offers space to have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine.
You can start hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours right from the front door. Bus stops for the regular ski and hiking buses, as well as the golf course and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the centre of Reit im Winkl in approx. 5 - 10 minutes on foot.
Children's furniture and various toys are available free of charge for our younger guests.

This two-room holiday attic apartment is very well-maintained and comfortable, furnished with comfortable country style wooden furniture and cork flooring. The apartment has large front windows and a skylight which makes it especially bright and pleasant. The balcony is overlooking the village. The bathroom furnishings include floor heating and a big mirror cabinet. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen. For children there is plenty of space to play and for toys.
