Very close and yet quiet. Our Haus Abendsonne is only three minutes away from the centre of Reit im Winkl and yet in an absolutely quiet and dreamlike location. Not only are all shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cross-country skiing trails, toboggan slopes and the swimming pool within easy walking distance, but the path to the next peak also starts in the immediate vicinity. Our holiday flats are located on the first floor and are comfortable, cosy and generously equipped - the perfect place for relaxing as well as active holidays. A large south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the Kaisergebirge transforms into an additional room, especially in summer, where you can enjoy the morning and evening in the most beautiful way. Of course we are happy to advise you on all possibilities and are open to all questions and wishes. Our holiday flats and also we offer you a warm welcome at any time - and this does not only come from the environmentally friendly heating by our biomass heating plant Reit im Winkl. We are open all year round. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

Very bright, comfortable two-room flat with south-facing balcony. A spacious living room, with pull-out comfortable double couch and two armchairs, offers a cosy place to retreat and relax after active days in the mountains. The cosy dining corner completes the well-equipped kitchen. The separate bedroom with double bed and intervertebral disc mattresses leaves nothing to be desired. . Towels, table and bed linen are of course included. Cable / satellite TV, small music system, alarm clock and free WLAN are a matter of course. Your leisure equipment is in good hands in a heated and lockable room.
