From the quiet, sunny district of Birnbach you can reach the centre of Reit im Winkl in 5 minutes by car. Several restaurants are within 10 - 15 minutes walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a toboggan run with refreshments at the Hutzenalm, the Reit im Winkl / Kössen golf course, cross-country skiing trails, hiking opportunities, riding stables, etc.
Other excursion destinations include Lake Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg and Munich.
Children and family holidays with street parties, pony rides, guided family walks and much more await you.

Our comfortable and spacious holiday flat Traumblick (approx. 50m²) for 2-4 persons with south-facing balcony is the box seat in our house. The holiday flat is equipped with 1 bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, dining area, separate complete kitchen, shower/WC with window. Additional bedroom on request. It is ideal for 2 - 4 people, with 1 separate bedroom and extends over 50m².
