Enjoy your holidays in our family-run, comfortably furnished guesthouse, the ideal starting point for your holiday activities. Hiking and biking trails, cross-country skiing trails, winter hiking trails, toboggan run, the Benzeck lifts, which you can use free of charge, and a children's playground are in the immediate vicinity. In the nearby Semmelhäusl you can get everything you need for breakfast. We are happy to offer you our free bread roll service.

Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, you will receive a 50% discount on the 3-hour ticket at the Vita-Alpina in Ruhpolding. Furthermore, we are a partner renter/operator of the Benz-Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. Our friendly, bright and quiet holiday flat with large covered balcony terrace invites you to a relaxing holiday. If you wish, you can rent a second bedroom with shower WC, which is located directly next to the flat, in addition to the holiday flat. Our two-room flat thus becomes our three-room flat.
