Our house on Schmiedweg is located in the beautiful climatic health resort of Reit im Winkl, in the Chiemgau region. The newly built country house was furnished very comfortably and with great attention to detail. Four flats await you, offering enough space for one to six people. All flats have a balcony from which you can enjoy unobstructed views of the mountains. You can relax in our sauna. We also take care of your holiday tan. A solarium is available for this purpose. Sports enthusiasts can improve their fitness in the fitness room. For the tennis lovers among you we also have a special treat. Our guests can use the nearby tennis camp free of charge. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free or reduced services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner renter/operator of the Benz-Eck ski lifts. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter (€ 1.00 contribution towards costs). The leisure facilities and shopping opportunities of the climatic health resort are only a 5-minute walk away. You can simply leave your car under your covered parking space at the house. This two-room apartment with 53 m² can accommodate 1-3 people. The spacious living room can be used as a separate bedroom (spring core sofa). A comfortable seating area invites you to linger. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The separate kitchen is equipped with microwave and dishwasher. The large south-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful mountains. The equipment is completed with shower / WC, cable TV and free internet access. Benefit from the advantages of the inklusiv Card, free services and discounts on the day of arrival (e.g. free ascent to the Winklmoos-Alm, participation in guided hikes, etc.). Please ask your landlord for the inclusive card upon arrival.
