In our family-friendly farm in a quiet south-facing location in the Birnbach district, we offer one-room and two-room holiday flats for 2-4 people, a three-room flat for 2 adults and up to 4 children. In the two-room flats on the ground floor and first floor, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate electric cooker, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. In the one-room flats there is a 2-plate electric cooker, microwave and refrigerator. We can provide a mini oven. In the three-room flat there is also a well-equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A lounge is available for our guests and you can indulge yourself with a breakfast or end the eventful day with a cosy get-together with friends. In the garden or on our terraces there is room for a barbecue and you can enjoy the evening. A bread roll and beverage service is available for your convenience.

This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido at Walchsee.

A 4-star holiday flat on the 2nd floor with living room, kitchen, bedroom, children's room and bathroom/WC. From the south-facing balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view. The flat also has cable TV, direct dial telephone and radio-CD.
