Our personally run holiday home is about a five-minute walk from the centre of the village and impresses with a wonderful unobstructed view over wide meadows to the Kaiser Mountains. In a quiet sunny location between the Bavarian and Tyrolean Alps, it offers guests all the amenities they could wish for during the most beautiful weeks of the year. If you are looking for a holiday flat in Reit im Winkl in the Chiemgau with a cosy, homely atmosphere and appreciate a magnificent mountain view, you will feel at home in our well-kept guesthouse. In addition, warm yourself by the cosy tiled stove in your two-room flat and enjoy the dreamlike mountain panorama. In our small wellness oasis you can relax healthily after a strenuous day in the Physiotherm infrared cabin with coloured light, aroma and sound bath. Bathrobes are provided free of charge upon request. The hostess is a trained herbalist as well as a nature and landscape guide and will be happy to take you on one of her exciting and informative herb walks in and around Reit im Winkl. We live and love nature with its diversity, local customs, Bavarian tradition with its music and singing - simply "Bavarian gmiatlich".
Behind the house, cross-country skiing enthusiasts have direct access to the well-maintained cross-country skiing network as well as to the walking and hiking trails. The bus stop for excursions as well as for the free shuttle bus to the valley station of the 8-seater gondola lift in Seegatterl is located near the house.

This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

In our lovingly furnished non-smoking flat Walmberg you can relax and enjoy the dreamlike mountain panorama and your breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun.The homely flat was made with high-quality furniture by our village carpenter with great attention to detail in the local style. The double bed is located in a cosy sloping attic. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, water - egg boiler, toaster, Tassimo capsule coffee machine and many other comfortable extras.
