Enjoy the sheltered sun terrace in every season with its own spacious garden. Of course, garden furniture as well as a sandbox and a slide for the little ones are at your disposal. From the house you can reach hiking trails, riding and golf courses, as well as the village centre in just a few minutes on foot. Reit im Winkl is characterised by guaranteed snow and many hours of sunshine. From the house you can reach winter hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks, toboggan slope and the ski bus to the Winklmoos-Alm-Steinplatte skiing area. The flat is furnished to a very high standard, modern and with great attention to detail. On chilly days, you can heat up the accompanying sauna and the cosy wood-burning stove.

The modern kitchen (25m²) is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and espresso maker, toaster and mixer. There is also a satellite TV with DVD player, stereo, internet connection, wood-burning stove, couch and large dining table. Direct access from the furnished terrace to the spacious garden. Sun loungers and umbrella are available. The bedroom Alpenhipp (13m²) is equipped with luggage rack, SAT- TV and safe. In the second bedroom Home there are 2 single beds with additional pull-out bed and sitting area. The bathroom in Italian design offers a barrier-free rain shower, WC and bidet and a towel radiator.
