The comfort holiday flat (very quiet holiday residence) is located in the heart of a fantastically beautiful mountain world. No matter what time of year - take a deep breath again and hike across wonderful meadows, through forests and up the mountains around Reit im Winkl. With a snow-assured winter, the well-known winter sports resort awaits its guests with alpine skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding, winter and snowshoe hiking and, of course, all the benefits of being a Nordic skiing centre for cross-country skiing. Here you will find the ideal conditions for a vital active holiday and for recharging your batteries: walking, hiking, horse riding, Nordic walking, golf course "Kaiserwinkel", tennis, cycling in the valley and on the mountains, mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, bathing pleasures in the local outdoor adventure pool, several bathing lakes and lido "Walchsee". There is a private parking space for your car in the underground garage. A telecommander (remote control) makes it easy for you to enter and exit the underground car park. From your car parking space you can reach your flat directly via a corridor. Also in the basement you will find a communal sauna, a ski depot and a bicycle parking space.

The holiday flat is bright, friendly and cosy - ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children.You do not have to do without any modern comfort. A fully equipped fitted kitchen with all the necessary kitchen appliances and a dining area are at your disposal. A guest toilet, spacious living room (built-in double bed cupboard for another 2 persons) and dining area with access to the adjoining garden terrace. Cable TV, W LAN connection and telephone are also part of the equipment. An open wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the spacious sleeping area (double bed) in the basement with bathroom (shower and toilet).
