Our 5-star house is located on a hill above Reit im Winkl with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Right next to us are the fairways of the Reit im Winkl-Kössen golf club. In this region you can golf, hike and conquer the mountains by bike. In winter, you can enjoy perfectly groomed cross-country trails and winter hiking paths as well as optimal slopes in the Winklmoos-Steinplatte skiing area.
In the climatic health resort Reit im Winkl you can experience Bavarian hospitality without mass tourism. This provides the conditions for a relaxing and eventful holiday. In summer, the mountains offer a variety of activities and the surrounding lakes invite you to swim.
Within a radius of approx. 35 km, 14 excellently maintained golf courses of varying requirements await you - a true Dorado for golfers. As a guest of our hotel, you also receive discounts at the Reit im Winkl-Kössen Golf Club.

Our 80 m² Wilder Kaiser holiday flat has a separate entrance and is furnished in a modern country house style. From the living room with open kitchen you can enjoy the view of the adjacent golf course. The south-facing balcony offers a cosy seating area and a magnificent view of a fascinating mountain panorama. The separate bedroom has a box-spring bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m. For two additional persons, there is a sofa bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) with spring mattress in the living room. A fully equipped bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, towel dryer, bathrobes awaits you. W-LAN internet access, flat screen TV and stereo system with USB and I-Phone access. Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and other kitchen aids.
