On the sunny side of the Reit im Winkler valley you will find our family-run Bergstüberl guesthouse. It is situated in a quiet yet central location with a magnificent view of the mountains and invites you to a relaxing holiday.
You can start your hikes and cross-country skiing directly from the house. It is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of the village.

In addition, there are three beautiful natural lakes that invite you to swim in summer.
Our house is characterised by personal care and individual holiday advice.
In our one-, two- and three-room flats (non-smoking) we have paid particular attention to comfort and cosiness. The coordinated furnishings in country house style, as well as wooden floors and open fireplaces make the flats particularly cosy.

Unique to Reit im Winkl is the well-known and popular "Hausberg" ski, snowboard and cross-country ski school. All courses can be booked directly in the house. We also have all the equipment you need for all winter sports: skis, boards, cross-country skis, sledges and snowshoes.

For house guests there is a 10% discount on all courses. Your children will learn to ski quickly and easily in the BOBO Children's Club, which is right next to the house. The teaching concept with small groups guarantees learning success.

Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

The newly renovated flat is located in the ground floor annex of the main house. It has 3 separate bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a bunk bed and sleeps 2 people. The adjoining second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom is not directly in the main flat. You have to cross the anteroom. There is also a kitchen-living room with a couch and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Shower and separate WC. The main entrance, as well as the anteroom to this flat is shared with another flat. You have a separate entrance to your flat. There is a shoe and clothes dryer for you in the anteroom.

Behinderungsgrad ab 80% = Ermäßigung 50% - Behinderungsgrad 100% = Ermäßigung 100%. Die notwendige Begleitperson (im Behindertenausweis eingetragen) ist vom Kurbeitrag ganz befreit. On arrival, a deposit is included depending on the size of the holiday flat and is refunded on departure.
