The cosily furnished holiday flat is ideal for 4 people, whether a family or a couple of friends, as there are two bedrooms available, one with shower/WC and one with bath/WC. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and large refrigerator. In the spacious living room, which also leads directly onto the terrace, there is room to relax and enjoy your holiday. In the underground garage of the house you will find the garage space belonging to the flat and a lockable wooden shed for bicycles or prams as well as for your skis or sledges in winter. In the common room of the house you will find your own washing machine and tumble dryer, which you are welcome to use. Walking distance to the village centre 15 minutes, to the hiking trails or in winter to the cross-country skiing tracks 3 minutes. The cross-border golf course is in the immediate vicinity.
