Our two lovingly furnished holiday flats in country house style are located directly in the centre of Reit im Winkl, yet absolutely quiet. The flats are directly next to each other on the ground floor. Cafes, restaurants, shops, the mini golf course, spa gardens, swimming pool and hiking trails are all in the immediate vicinity. Both flats have a cosy living room with seating area, separate fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace facing south with a view of the beautiful mountains. There is a lockable, heated room in the house for storing bicycles and your ski equipment. A parking space/underground garage parking space is available.

Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

We nned these data for the local spa cards which we will be handover at you arrival. We will then inform you of your local contact person and contact details before your arrival. The spa fee for Reit im Winkl is per person/night and will be paid on site: 16.12 to 31.03.-----01.06. to 15.10.-----01.04. to 31.05. / 16.10. to 15.12.
