The Häusle Thimlefi offers a quiet and active holiday in a central location in Reit in Winkl. The village centre is only a few minutes' walk away and hiking can also be started directly from the house. The modern semi-detached house in country house style has a high standard of furnishing with modern wooden furniture. The semi-detached house has two covered balconies and a spacious terrace with fenced garden. Balcony and garden furniture with a large table for all guests and two loungers are part of the equipment. Here you can have a wonderful barbecue in summer and enjoy a sunny breakfast. In the Häusle Thimlefi there is space for 8+1 people, because the Häusle with its approx. 130 sqm of living space has three spacious bedrooms with double beds and another children's room with a special bunk bed for three people. The layout of the house offers excellent possibilities for retreat if you are travelling as a family with grandparents or with two families. In the middle you meet for common activities and on the top and bottom floor are the bedrooms. There is space for three cars in the yard. Bicycles or skis can be stored in the garage. There is a W-LAN connection in the cottage. As our guests, you will receive, upon arrival, in addition to our services, the Reit im Winkler inklusiv Card, which offers you numerous additional services, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lidos Walchsee.

On the lower floor is the cloakroom, the children's room, the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a very modern bathroom with shower and WC. In addition, here is the largest bedroom with access to the garden and its own TV and two comfortable recliners. A well-kept open staircase leads to the middle floor and contributes to the spacious living feeling. On the middle floor of the three-storey house is the large and cosy living room with a large TV with DVD player and a large dining room. All guests can sit comfortably at the massive dining table. The cute country kitchen is well equipped, so that preparing your own meals is fun. Two refrigerators, each with an ice compartment, provide enough space for self-supply.  There is also a small room with a small TV on the second floor. The double pull-out couch in this room offers additional sleeping accommodation (alternative place). Furthermore, there is a small guest toilet on this floor. From the spacious living room with its cosy couch, you can go out onto the corner balcony with its wonderful view of nature. The babbling of the brook and the chirping of birds are the only sounds to be heard here. On the top floor you will find the largest high-quality bathroom with oversized shower, as well as two large bedrooms, one of which has access to the cosy top gable balcony.
