Located in the quiet Reit im Winkler district of Groißenbach, this 3-room flat is on the raised ground floor of the popular St. Sebastian residential complex. A large parking space is available for our guests directly in front of the house. The ski room can be used free of charge. Enjoy the close-to-nature location and discover the countless hiking trails and cross-country ski runs and the beautiful Lofer river area directly behind the house. A large supermarket is located opposite the apartment complex. In addition, the bus stop, where the ski bus also stops, is in the immediate vicinity, which allows you a car-free journey to the ski area. As an insider tip, we recommend a delicious stop at the rustic Reit im Winkler Forellenstube during a leisurely walk in the Loferauen. The centre of Reit im Winkl, with a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities ("EINKAUFSDORF Reit im Winkl") can be easily reached on foot (approx. 15 minutes) or by taking the free local bus. The cosy 3-room holiday flat is located in the quiet Reit im Winkler district of Groißenbach and offers space for four people. The living room, lovingly furnished with farmhouse furniture, invites you to relax with its cable TV and cosy sofa corner. The fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and kettle offers everything your heart desires. The hatch to the cosy dining area saves long walks. On the quiet, furnished south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the countryside, you can end each day wonderfully, for example with a Bavarian beer. The built-in bedroom with a large double bed invites you to a relaxing night's sleep. In the second bedroom (2 single beds) with cable TV, you can dream of the mountains and nature. The brightly furnished bathroom with its shower, washstand, hairdryer and WC is perfect to start the day fresh and in a good mood. Of course, W-LAN is available free of charge in the entire flat. In the house, a heated ski room, washing machine and dryer with coin-operated machines are freely accessible.
