The "Lübbers" holiday flat near the centre of Reit im Winkl is located on the ground floor of the quiet "Residenz am Hauchen" and is suitable for a maximum of four people.

The living room convinces with rustic furnishings and radiates cosiness. It is furnished in Bavarian style with a corner bench, which represents the dining area, an old-fashioned Fleckerl carpet and a comfortable double bed-sofa and invites you to feel good. Furthermore, the room has a fully equipped kitchen, which also leaves nothing to be desired. The small bedroom, equipped with a double bed, is separated from the living room by a large wall unit. The modern marble bathroom has a toilet and a shower. Furthermore, cable TV, W-LAN, a private parking space in the underground garage, a ski room and even a sauna are available for guests of the house.

In the immediate vicinity you will find an outdoor swimming pool, an umbrella bar, as well as an access possibility to the ski bus. The centre of the village, as well as some shopping facilities are within walking distance. Some of the best restaurants and cafés, as well as a variety of shops invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the village. Hikers also get their money's worth here, as many of the trails start directly in the centre.
