for yourself.Our "alpin Wooddesign" comfortably furnished non-smoking studio apartments with a large private balcony and a single apartment with its own outdoor seating area in the garden offer you a cozy
home and the exclusive privacy of a family home. We can welcome up to a maximum of 9 people at a time in our private house as guests. Two studio apartments (Giebelstadl and Kaiserstüberl) are next to
each other on the top floor and can be booked together. This is ideal for friends, couples, families or small groups.Experience restful nights and refreshing mornings in our comfortable vacation apartment, furnished with high-quality, comfortable beds. Here, you’ll find the perfect retreat to recharge after an exciting day. The peaceful environment and the excellent mountain climate contribute to your well-being. Therefore, we have installed smoke detectors throughout the chalet.In the gallery, you will also find a first aid kit according to DIN 13157, a fire blanket according to EN/DIN 1869, two information signs for proper behavior in emergencies, and a list of all important phone numbers for any potential emergency.Each floor and the underground garage are equipped with a fire extinguisher according to DIN EN3-GS and emergency exit signs to help our guests navigate.Take your time and feel the seasons again with all their peculiarities. (€ 1.00 contribution to costs) Our house guests have the privilege of using their "own” parking space in our in-house underground car park free of charge. You, your accessories such as bicycles etc. and your vehicle are protected from all weather
conditions (sun, rain, snow).Our house also has its own heated ski room, the access to which is directly behind the underground car park door, so that you can easily load or unload your vehicle for your ski tour or immediately go to the cross-country
ski trail with your cross-country skis. The nearest cross-country ski trail entrance is just a few minutes from the house. For the children, the nearest toboggan slope is also just a few minutes away from the house.In our ski room/hiking room there are shelves for storing helmets, ski boots/hiking boots and climbing equipment as well as hangers for hanging ski suits, hiking clothes etc. so that you don't have to store them in your holiday apartment.
