Located in the quiet Reit im Winkler district of Groißenbach, this 3-room flat is on the mezzanine floor of the popular St. Sebastian residential complex. A large parking space is available for our guests directly in front of the house. The ski room can be used free of charge. Washing machines and tumble dryers with coin counters are freely accessible for our guests. Enjoy the close-to-nature location and discover the countless hiking trails and cross-country ski runs and the beautiful Lofer river area directly behind the house. A large supermarket is located opposite the apartment complex. In addition, the bus stop, where the ski bus also stops, is in the immediate vicinity, which allows you a car-free journey to the ski area. As an insider tip, we recommend a delicious stop at the rustic Reit im Winkler Forellenstube during a leisurely walk in the Loferauen. The centre of Reit im Winkl, with a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities ("EINKAUFSDORF Reit im Winkl") can be easily reached on foot (approx. 15 minutes) or by taking the free local bus. The cosy 3 room flat is located on the ground floor (mezzanine) of the St. Sebastian residential complex and offers space for 4 people. The flat is comfortably furnished with a living room with dining area, couch set, cable TV and a small stereo system.
In the two bedrooms there is a double bed and a french bed, which invite you to dream. The small kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine offers enough space, not only for the small hunger. The bathroom is equipped with shower/WC. The furnished balcony with a view of the green invites you to linger.
The washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated) are located in a separate laundry room. As our guests, you will receive, upon arrival, in addition to our services, the Reit im Winkler inklusiv Card, which offers you numerous additional services: such as year-round swimming card or Benz-Eck lifts in winter.
