The village centre with its large selection of restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities is only about 10 minutes away on foot. The open-air swimming pool is also just a few minutes' walk away, as are many other tourist facilities. In summer as well as in winter, the spacious underground parking space with direct connection to the house, which belongs to the flat and is included in the price, is a convenience you would not want to miss. On the way from your car to the flat on the 1st floor, you will also pass directly by your own cellar compartment, which, in addition to a ski rack, also has a boot dryer, a coat rack and benches. Your skiing and hiking equipment is safely stored here. The flat "Alpenhip" on the 1st floor offers space for max. 4 people and has all the amenities for an all-round relaxing holiday. Fully equipped and with a total area of approx. 82 sqm, it is your ideal base camp in the Bavarian mountains. Should you also need to use your electronic helpers and companions during your holiday, the powerful W-LAN in the flat is available for this purpose.
