The house is set back on Hausbachweg, a side street in the centre of Reit im Winkl, which is hardly frequented anyway. It is only 120 metres or a 2-minute walk to the central square (Rathausplatz). Here you will find all the amenities of your choice: pharmacy, medical centre, baker, butcher, supermarket, restaurants. Numerous fashion and sports shops as well as shops with local handicrafts invite you to stroll around. The central bus stop incl. ski bus to the Winklmoos/ Steinplatte ski area is also located there. The cross-country skiing trail network can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot!Thanks to its location, the flat is an ideal starting point for many hikes, such as to the excellent premium hiking trails.

The 1 room flat has a dining area, sofa, cable TV, flat screen and W-LAN. The double bed can be stored in a wardrobe (foldable double wardrobe bed). The bathroom has a shower and WC, a hairdryer is available. The holiday flat offers a fully equipped kitchenette, including fridge incl. freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The south-facing balcony is equipped with seating and invites you to enjoy the surrounding mountain panorama (view of the Kaiser). There you will also find a heated ski room and a bicycle storage room. Pets are not allowed in the flat.
