The exclusive and luxurious 5-star "Chalet am Primelweg" on the ground floor was renovated and newly furnished in 2019.
The house is in a wonderful and quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Reit im Winkl.

This exclusive flat is located on the upper floor in a wonderful and very quiet residential area close to the centre. The flat is furnished in a Bavarian-rustic style. The living room has a sitting area (double bed-sofa), dining area, cable TV / 32' flat screen with DVD, MP3 connection and USB connection, W-LAN and stereo system. The separate bedroom in country house style, with double bed and farmhouse wardrobe offers the right atmosphere for your healthy sleep. A small safe is available for your valuables. The bathroom is equipped with a ground-level shower, WC, washstand and hairdryer. The large kitchenette in the living room with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and four-plate cooker is not only enough for the small appetite. Various kitchen appliances are available for you. The large, furnished balcony invites you to linger at any time. A ski room and storage room are at your disposal. There is a parking space for your car. The village centre with all facilities is about 4 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity are the indoor swimming pool, air rifle shooting range, cross-country ski trails, children's ski school, playground, spa park, restaurants, après-ski umbrella bar and the tourist information office, from where buses depart to the Winklmoos gondola lift. From the house you can ski directly to the ski school and the ski buses.
