The Frühlingshof is a stylish flat house in a hotel side street in the middle of the village. The starting points of the hiking trails in summer and the cross-country skiing trails in winter are only about 100 m away from the house. Cyclists and mountain bikers will also find numerous opportunities for leisurely or sporting activities. The tourist information with the (ski) bus stop to Seegatterl, the entrance to the alpine skiing centre Winkmoosalm/Steinplatte, and the open-air swimming pool is only a 'stone's throw' away. All shops and pubs, the parish church and the small, charming museums of the village can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The cross-border golf course is situated in a fascinating landscape in the neighbourhood of the proud Kaiser Mountains. A large reserved parking space is available for your car at the house. You can deposit your skis or bicycles in the lockable storage room accessible at ground level. You can reach the ski/walking boot and drying room in the basement via the outside staircase.

This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free travel on the Benzeck lifts in winter. The 2-room holiday flat offers comfortable space for 2 people and is also ideal for a couple with a small child. The flat consists of a hallway with wardrobe, living/dining room with corner bench group and pull-out sofa, bedroom with double bed, modern kitchen and comfortable bathroom with shower/WC. Bright solid wood furniture in country house style and the wooden ceilings give the flat a cosy ambience. The terracotta floor with adjustable underfloor heating in the living rooms radiates cosy warmth not only in the cold season. The large balcony invites you to have breakfast or a snack in the warm morning sun, and after a hot summer day you can enjoy a glass of beer or wine with a snack in the cosy Bavarian 'Sitzeckerl'. We have designed the entire flat in such a way that we would also like to spend our holidays here ourselves. Among other things, we refurbished the kitchen in 2014 and completely renovated the bathroom in 2016. A flat-screen TV and a mini hi-fi system are available for your 'home entertainment'. Via USB or Bluetooth you can listen to the music collection you brought with you on your Apple, smartphone or USB stick.
