Holiday house with two apartments and a studio, with balconies and parking space This is a guesthouse with two apartments and a studio, in a quiet location right by the edge of the forest in a residential district in Blindau. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with a picturesque mountain view. The centre with many amenities and a sledge piste with a lift is within a short walking distance. It is to the south of the lake, Chiemsee, surrounded by plenty of nature and right by the German-Austrian border. The apartments and studio all face south-west and have a private balcony with a lovely mountain view. A car parking space is available right by the house. The owner lives in the house and is happy to assist with any queries. Holiday apartment measuring 55m² is on the first floor, while apartment of around 50m² is on the second floor. Both can accommodate up to four people in a bedroom and a living room with cupboard beds. The studio on the first floor is ideal for a holiday for two. Free wireless Internet access is available in the house. The Schwimm-Card entitles you to free entry to the local outdoor and indoor pools. You can access a cross-country skiing trail right by the house. The lift and the sledge piste are just 10 minutes away on foot, about 1km. There are restaurants and cafés 500 metres away awaiting your visit. There are shopping facilities 1.5km away. It is about 2km to town with the indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, theatre, boutiques and craft shops. There is a downhill skiing piste about 4km away.

The spacious and comfortable holiday apartment with a lovely mountain view is light and friendly. It provides around 50m² of living space and is on the second floor, facing south-west. The apartment has a separate and fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring hob, oven and fridge. There is a bathroom with a shower/WC. The big bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the big living room has a dining corner and cupboard beds.
