With a fantastic view of Reit im Winkl and the mountains, located directly on the cross-country skiing trail, this chalet was renovated in the winter of 2020/21 in the traditional regional style and equipped with the highest quality interior. A newly laid out garden invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. It is only a few minutes' drive to the ambitious golf course in the village. Three flats between 60 and 112 square metres offer 2 to 6 guests space for family privacy.
The hotel's own cinema, fitness and wellness area are available to all guests. Daylight-flooded fitness room with modern equipment, the 30 sqm fitness room offers ample opportunity for exercise. Pelothon bike, rowing machine, wall bars, weights, floor mat.
Also online workouts and classes via large monitor with internet access.
Relax in the Bergwiese wellness area: after an active day, the bio sauna, Finnish sauna and the adjoining rest area invite you to relax.
From the wellness area you can reach the garden via an outside staircase.
There, two Alpine baskets await you to fully enjoy the view of nature.
Favourite films on the big screen: In the Alpine cinema, every flat can watch its favourite film exclusively on a "real" TV, of course including Dolby Surround. (own access data required, providers are pre-installed).

The Hochalm on the upper floor offers magnificent mountain views and endless relaxation zones on 30sqm of balcony and outdoor seating area facing south and west and thus sun all day long. On 95sqm the Hochalm offers luxurious space for 4-6 people.
The flat has 2 cosy bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom.? Bedroom 1 has direct access to the outdoor seating area. In the other, architectural light openings allow an unobstructed view of Reit and the mountains. If required, there is room for 2 more people in the living room. The living, dining and kitchen area offers plenty of space, luxurious furnishings and breathtaking views.
On the covered outdoor seating area, you can enjoy breakfast even when the weather is not so good, or barbecue or toast in the evening.
