The "Frühlingshof" is located in the inner centre of Reit im Winkl in Chiemgau. The house is quietly situated in the second row of houses. The Frühlingshof is particularly well suited as a starting point for sporting activities. All leisure and shopping facilities can be reached in about 2 minutes. The cross-country skiing trails lead past the house at a distance of approx. 100m. As a special treat, our guests also enjoy free use of the Benzeck lifts in winter. A bread roll service is also available on request. The Neumaier bakery is the right contact for this. The prerequisites for a relaxing stay in Reit im Winkl are given.

The three-room flat with bay window is suitable for 2 or 4 people. The flat consists of a hallway with wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bedroom with double beds and a separate second bedroom with 2 beds. The bathroom with shower/WC has a hairdryer and a vanity mirror. Small meals can be prepared in the enclosed kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob). The living room is equipped with a leather couch, armchair and a cosy round corner bench. There is the possibility to prepare a fold-out double bed for two more persons.
Furthermore, the flat has terracotta tile flooring with adjustable underfloor heating in all rooms. The 30 sqm south and southwest terrace has a so-called "Freisitz" and a sunbathing lawn with a view of the Unterberg and the Kaisergebirge.
Terrace table, chairs, parasol, relax loungers, as well as blankets to keep you warm are also part of the equipment.
The flat is equipped with high-quality solid wood furniture in Bavarian style. TV with remote control and radio are also included.
