Our family-friendly guesthouse is centrally located. Our lovingly furnished holiday flat with 65 sqm in the attic has its own floor, 2 balconies east and west with magnificent mountain views. The central location allows you to reach all localities, winter and summer hiking trails, swimming pool, cross-country skiing trails, ski school, shuttle bus to the ski lifts, shopping facilities in the village area on foot within a few minutes.Just leave your car in our car park at the house.Our guests enjoy in winter 10% on ski rental and in-house free sled rental. Shuttle bus to the ski lifts. For only 1 Euro use of the Benz-Eck ski lifts during your entire stay. Free car ride to the Winklmoos-Alm. Free hiking bus.The large sunbathing lawn, pure sun from the early morning hours until the evening hours invite you to relax.For the children there is a playground with swings, wave slide and lots of equipment.Since we pay a lot of attention to the environment, our house is completely supplied with natural heat and our own electricity generated by PV.
Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.
