home and the exclusive privacy of a family home. We can welcome up to a maximum of 9 people at a time in our private house as guests. Two studio apartments (Giebelstadl and Kaiserstüberl) are next to
each other on the top floor and can be booked together. ski trail with your cross-country skis. The nearest cross-country ski trail entrance is just a few minutes from the house. For the children, the nearest toboggan slope is also just a few minutes away from the house.In our ski room/hiking room there are shelves for storing helmets, ski boots/hiking boots and climbing equipment as well as hangers for hanging ski suits, hiking clothes etc. so that you don't have to store them in your holiday apartment.

Enjoy the best comfort with us in our approx. 20m² single apartment "Alpenkammerl" with covered outdoor seating area (garden view). The flat is ideal for 1 person (single traveller or fellow traveller). It contains, among other things, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. Your flat is located on the upper floor to the right of our private house.
