Our chalet, newly built in 2023, is more than just accommodation - it is a home away from home, where you will feel surrounded by a warm and inviting atmosphere in every corner. The stylish furnishings and high-quality materials create a harmonious blend of traditional Alpine flair and modern comfort.

Relax and surf the internet, share your holiday experiences with friends and stay in touch. Our free WLAN is available around the clock so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full.The private terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and the unobstructed view of the surrounding nature. Chalet Groissenbach also has a garage with an electric charging station, which not only protects your car but also offers space for your outdoor equipment.

The location of our chalet is simply unbeatable - surrounded by majestic peaks and yet only a short walk from the charming shops and restaurants of Reit im Winkl. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer - the possibilities for outdoor activities are endless.

We are a partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl Swimming Card, which gives you free services (e.g. free entry to the Reit im Winkl outdoor pool, Ruhpolding outdoor pool, Kössen forest swimming pool and the Walchsee lidos). We look forward to seeing you, the Brunner-Zwerenz family

The three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor offer plenty of space for restful nights, while the large windows and spacious balcony seating offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV and a cosy double bed. There are two stylish bathrooms with walk-in showers on the 1st floor. After an exciting day in the mountains, relax in our spacious living area with panoramic windows, while the fireplace crackles and provides cosy warmth. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to create culinary masterpieces, which you can then enjoy together with your loved ones at the cosy dining table. In addition to a combined living and dining room with flat-screen TV, the chalet also has a storage room with ski boot dryer and an additional guest WC on the ground floor. The elegant real wood parquet flooring creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth - a perfect combination for relaxing hours in your chalet.
