Our house is situated at the foot of the Walmberg, in a quiet location, only a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village, the outdoor swimming pool and the spa gardens. In summer, central starting point for many hiking trails. In winter, ski school, ski kindergarten, cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

We offer two cosily furnished holiday flats for 2-4 people, with shower/WC, comfortable seating area, fully equipped, separate kitchen, balcony, satellite TV, radio, garage or parking space.
In summer, a garden with south-west sun terrace, as well as a beautiful sunbathing lawn under fruit trees with health loungers are at your disposal.
