In Rheine - in the beautiful MünsterlandOur very quietly situated holiday flat "EMSBETT" is located in the district of Eschendorf, south of Rheine and is suitable for hikers, cyclists and canoeists, but sales representatives and business travellers are also very welcome.The city centre of Rheine with its diverse shopping and restaurant offers is only approx. 1 km away and can be easily reached via a traffic-calmed street through an attractive building area. Take a stroll through the pedestrian zone and visit the new "Emsgalerie" shopping centre. When the sun is shining, the atmosphere created by the close-knit catering trade around the market square is particularly pleasant - the Falkenhof Museum is also very close by.The city park is also just a few minutes' walk away. With its winding paths along endless rhododendron bushes and the Hemelt stream, it invites you to linger and take a stroll. In addition to a children's playground, mini golf course, outdoor table tennis tables, chess corner, boules court and a skate park, the city park has a lot to offer. The ice rink and outdoor pool are right behind it.Just a short distance from the holiday flat is the "Bentlager Dreiklang" nature reserve with the Bentlage Monastery, the Salinenpark and the Rheine Nature ZOO. Quiet paths run through the extensive grounds and lead to the banks of the River Ems. Cyclists will find their little paradise in and around Rheine. With the 100 Castles Route and the Ems Cycle Path, two of the most popular themed routes run through Rheine.Other cycle tours on the 4,500 km of signposted Münsterland cycle path network lead to Gravenhorst Abbey near Hörstel, to the old town centre of Steinfurt, which is well worth seeing, or to Bad Bentheim.Finally, Rheine is also the starting point for the excellent Hermannsweg trail, which enjoys an outstanding reputation among hikers. If you are travelling with bicycles, which is absolutely ideal here in Rheine due to the many nearby cycle routes, you can park them in a locked garage and charge them if necessary. Many cycle routes pass right by the flat, and brochures and routes are available for you to discover and explore.Of course, there are also parking spaces for vehicles in front of the house. Charging facilities for electric vehicles are also available.A restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket, bakery, newsagent's and butcher's are located in the immediate vicinity of the flat. The distance to the main railway station is less than 2 km.There are also other sports facilities in and around Rheine, such as the TV Jahn sports centre and the Jahn stadium. The Rheine-Eschendorf airfield is well known among hobby pilots with motorised planes and gliders and is approx. 4 km from the flat. Several sports clubs are within walking distance of the holiday flat, such as: dance and hockey; Emsstern Rheine paddle and cycling club; canoe club; water sports club. The 105 m² ground floor apartment has been lovingly furnished by the landlord and offers guests the greatest possible comfort. It is divided into a living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and bathtub and a separate guest WC.The bedrooms are spacious and each equipped with a double bed. 1 bedroom also has a sofa bed, so that 5 people can easily spend the night.We have installed a washing machine in one bedroom.You will find fresh towels and freshly made beds on arrival, as well as a welcome drink.The apartment is also equipped with a modern kitchen. A ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine are included, as well as a fridge and freezer.A living room with music system, satellite TV with flat screen and free WLAN are available for you to relax in. In addition, a terrace with garden, garden furniture and awning invites you to enjoy a cozy evening.
