Welcome to the climatic health resort of Riedenburg, idyllically situated on the Main-Danube Canal in the Jura Mountains. In our beautiful three-castle town you can enjoy relaxing or active stays, depending on your taste. Several well-signposted cycling and hiking trails lead through our beautiful nature with its typical meagre grasslands. Some are leisurely through the valley, some are sporty up and down the slopes.
We are located directly on the Schambachtal-Bahn cycle path, on the Drei-Burgen-Steig trail and on a loop of the Altmühl-Panoramaweg trail.
Our house is quietly located at the foot of the Schlossberg and yet close to the city centre. We built our house in 2022. A modern low-energy house in timber construction sits on top of the classic cellar. We supply our own electricity, weather permitting, and heat with an air-heat pump. Everything is built to the Kfw 40+ standard.
Since we have a wonderful southeast location, all living areas have large, floor-to-ceiling windows.
We have furnished the flats for you in a modern yet cosy way. Everything you need is there: well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, dining table and a cosy sitting area. In addition, each flat has its own south-facing balcony.
A covered parking space is available for each flat, right next to the house. There you will also find two wall boxes.
You can store your bikes in the house and charge your pedelecs on site.
You can access the flats via a staircase or you can use our lift.
All flats are barrier-free and in the larger flat we have ensured that wheelchair users can also move around easily.
