Landleben extends over 2 floors (1st floor and attic). The flat is located in our listed 400 year old 3-Kanthof (former tenement of Pyrmont Castle) directly on the edge of the nature reserve, a perfect place to switch off, enjoy nature and as a starting point to many sights in the area. The flat has been designed with accents that emphasize the charm of the listed building. The half-timbering and the partly historical building materials have been harmoniously combined to create a touch of nostalgia and invite you to feel at home with modern living culture. The farm is located on the outskirts of a tranquil and idyllic little village with around 500 inhabitants in the Eastern Eifel. You can reach the A 48 motorway in just 5 minutes, the nearest towns of Mayen, Kaisersesch and Treis-Karden in 15 minutes and forests and fields in seconds on foot. The flat offers an ideal starting point for extensive hiking tours along the Traumpfade and Traumpfädchen trails. Pyrmont Castle and Eltz Castle, the Elzbach Valley, the nearby Moselle with various leisure activities, Maria Laach and the motorsport mecca, the Nürburgring, are not far away. The centrepiece of the flat is located on the first floor, the spacious living room, which is reminiscent of a knight's hall in terms of size and ceiling height. This room also invites you to cosy get-togethers thanks to its stylish furnishings and underfloor heating. On this floor there is also a comfortably equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 large shower room which can be reached via one of the bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. In the courtyard itself, you can treat yourself to a time-out with a singing bowl massage, a yoga lesson or a drumming session.
