Our house is located in the center of Rottau, with a view of the mountains and the beginning of the moor. A beautifully landscaped pond and a sunbathing lawn invite you to linger. Parking and a bicycle shelter is available.The covered south-facing balcony offers an unobstructed view of the mountain range. In less than 300 m you can reach the tourist information, the bus stop, a grocery store, a butcher store and three restaurants.

The lovingly furnished vacation apartment with 54 sqm (usable area 70 sqm) with a cozy living room and quiet area invites you to relax. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. The bedroom with raised double bed and 7-zone mattresses (on request hardness level H2 or H3) ensures a restful night. A crib is available on request (max age 4 years). In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition, a mirror cabinet and toiletries.Pets are not allowed!

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the spa tax of € 1.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Concerning payment (possible deposit) your host will contact you in time concerning the bank data !
