It awaits you on 72sqm a modern ambience, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and direct access to the swimming pond.The pool house is openly designed and flooded with light. On the first floor you can open all doors to the swimming pond, so you can sit directly on the water and jump into the clear water from the living room at will.Our pool house is located directly on the edge of the Chiemgau Alps. Hiking and biking trails start practically behind the house, Lake Chiemsee is within easy reach. Ideal also as a starting point for motorcycle tours through the Chiemgau Alps. A carport is available with a connection for electric vehicles (2 ebikes can be rented).On foot you can easily reach the nearby culinary and cultural offers.We hope you are as enthusiastic as we are and look forward to seeing you !

Two floors are connected by a spiral staircase, the open space is partly spanned by a living net, on which it is comfortable to lie.The sleeping area with double bed (180x200) is located in the upper area designed with old woods in alpine style, as well as one of the two bathrooms with shower, toilet and large bathtub. Through the large windows you can look at the stars from your bed at night.On the first floor you will find the modern kitchen with dining area.The fireplace can be fed from inside and outside and provides cozy warmth. A pergola over the terrace connects the new pool house to the old property.Also on the first floor is the living room area with internet HD TV. From the main bathroom you can access the outdoor shower and of course also the swimming pond.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax i.H.v. 1,00 € per person/night for adults. Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 €. Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge. Deposit payment within the first 7 days after booking, balance payment at the latest 4 weeks before arrival.
