Our house is located in the district of Rottau in the municipality of Grassau, an idyllic village at the foot of the Chiemgau Alps. The holiday flat (approx. 56 square metres of living space) is modern and comfortably furnished and has a large terrace with garden. It is an ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities in every season. In 2023, the holiday flat was freshly renovated and furnished.

Your holiday home has a separate bedroom with two large single beds (new mattresses, 100 centimetres wide, from the Emma One brand - test winner at Stiftung Warentest). In the living room you can relax on a cosy sofa or in a quaint wing chair. The sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed with a flick of the wrist (with a high-quality 160-centimetre-wide mattress). A large Samsung flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Of course, the flat has fast Wi-Fi - free of charge for you. The kitchen is fully equipped - with cooker, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Whether pans, pots, dishes or knives - with us you will find high-quality kitchen equipment. All the utensils that you usually need in the kitchen are also already there: such as a washing-up brush, dishcloth, sponge and tea towels. What's more, a starter pack with consumables is also available, such as washing-up liquid, general cleaning agents, coffee filters or salt & pepper. Toilet paper is provided in the modern bathroom. Shower towels and towels are provided, as are bed linen.
