Our traditional, Bavarian farm "Ertlhof" is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest, right next to a murmuring mountain stream, with an unobstructed view across a large meadow to the Kaiser Mountains.

Our cosy 36 sqm top floor holiday flat "Bergblick" offers you a separate bedroom with double bed. Kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, kitchenette with stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and dining area, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Zahmer Kaiser. From the kitchen-living room, you can reach the south-facing balcony with balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Hallway with wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are included. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets and dogs.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
