Our newly designed holiday flat awaits you in the middle of Sachrang in a quiet location by the beautiful May tree. The unobstructed view of our local mountain, the Spitzstein, inspired the name "Spitzsteinblick". Bread roll service in the village shop with full assortment, also regional as well as organic products, newspapers, post offices and small cafe (50 m). On request we can fill your fridge with regional products. Restaurants with Upper Bavarian and international menus (50 m), bus stop with free guest bus to Lake Chiemsee (100 m), Tourist Info 200 m, ski lift 600 m, Kampenwand valley station 10 km, human doctors, veterinarian and pharmacies in Aschau, railway station 11 km. Guided mountain hikes, via ferratas, glacier tours and geocaching with the host are available on request.

Very well-kept, lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday flat "Spitzsteinblick" for 2 persons on the ground floor. Separate entrance with large hallway, living room and bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, cosy corner bench and large Jogl table. Wood-panelled fireplace lounge with small library, TV, leather sofa, electric fireplace with flame window. Bathroom with shower (raised one step), WC and hairdryer. All rooms with wooden ceilings. Private seating area in the flower garden. Linen is provided. You are welcome to bring a dog for an extra charge.

Conditions and extras
Children in parents' bed free of charge. Sledges, bicycles/e-bikes, skis and GPS can be rented. Dogs allowed, please phone your host in advance. For internet bookings, if the price is not listed separately and added to the booking confirmation, the surcharge per dog must be paid on site.tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
