This rolling tiny house stands on a wonderfully quietly situated country house site with a tranquil garden and a fantastic view of the Satower Land. It is between the Hanseatic towns Rostock and Wismar, only a four-minute drive from the A20 Satow-Kühlungsborn and only 20 minutes from Kühlungsborn. There is a big lawn including garden chairs and a table, a charcoal grill, a garden shed as a bicycle storage room (upon agreement) and a private parking space. It is a fully-equipped tiny house with a built-in kitchen, a shower room, a bedroom loft with a kingsize bed, a guest loft for a child, a desk, dining table, sofa corner with a TV and a little veranda. Although it is a tiny house, it has excellent insulation and an electronically controlled pellets stove that exudes pleasant warmth even in the harshest of winters. All utility connections for electricity, water and waste water are available. You can find shopping facilities in Satow a four-minute drive away and there are bicycle routes right in front of the house.
