Description

This renovated holiday apartment welcomes you with a lovely view into the distance at an altitude of 800 metres. It is in Schöfweg-Langfurth, by the Brotjacklriegel (1016m), which is also a landmark of the Sonnenwald region in the Bavarian Forest. The two-room apartment is on the first floor of the building and has about 44m² of living space. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a spacious bathroom with a skylight, bath with a shower attachment, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. There is also a living and dining room with a kitchen unit and a dining table for meals together. The living room provides a sofa bed (160 x 200cm) and satellite TV. The little kitchen unit is equipped with a ceramic hob with two rings, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Wireless Internet access is available. There is a good restaurant above the residential house. It is only 100 metres to shops. The village pond invites you to go swimming in summer. There are seven lifts, of which two with floodlights within walking distance. There are 23km of cross-country skiing trails nearby. Snow is almost guaranteed in this region. For those who love peace and quiet and nature, without being far from places of interest, towns and hiking possibilities, this is just the right place. There are hiking trails right from the house. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony, often as far as the Großer Arber. The shared garden provides a grill, sun loungers and a playground for children. The basement of the house has a washing machine and dryer for shared use, both for a fee, a ski storage cellar and a little fitness room.
