Our property is open year-round and is located a 5-minute walk from Königssee, standing alone and surrounded by the magnificent mountains of the Berchtesgaden Alps, at the foot of the Watzmann. The Siegllehen was originally a forester's lodge of the royal hunters. In order to offer our guests the necessary comfort, our house was lovingly renovated! Our guesthouse is also ideally situated in winter! In front of our house is a water trough with benches, a beautiful large coffee terrace with awning and an impressive view of the Berchtesgaden mountains. Enjoy breakfast here, a cool drink during the day or spend a cozy evening with our house guests. Our large sunny balcony, which is accessible to every guest, invites you to relax and enjoy.

Our apartments are located on the 1st floor in the house with balcony. Equipped are our apartments with kitchen (fridge with freezer, stove and oven and microwave, as well as with kettle, toaster and coffee pad machine (pads' are not provided) dinette, TV, free W-Lan, bed linen, towels and hairdryer. The sunny balcony with seating, invites you to morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Free parking directly at the house. Enjoy unforgettable days with us at the Königssee.

Conditions and extras
The mentioned prices are plus visitor's tax of 3,10 Euro for adults, 1,55 Euro for children/youngsters from 7 to 16 years and 0,00 Euro for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to alterations).
